Maidenhair ferns are delicate plants that have finely foliage with a lace-like appearance. The Maidenhair Fern is a creeping rhizomes that produce clusters of spreading pinnate, lacy, light green fronds on shiny black stalks. This fern likes warm, humid air. It can survive well in bathrooms with the humidity and temperature changes. Otherwise having a humidifier nearby can help with this plants growth.
Light The Maidenhair Plant wants indirect sunlight only. Avoid harsh light or direct rays, as the delicate foliage of the fern can burn very easily. It prefers organically rich soil and to be kept moist but not soggy in semi shade positions away from the hot sun and winds.
