These Ponds are constructed from H3 LOSP Treated pine timber which is considered safe, however there is no available data on toxicity to fish. The inside is completely lined where it contacts with the water, so it would only be a minimal issue if the pond is out in the rain where runoff from the top timber edge would go into the water. If you are concerned about the possibility of the treatment affecting your fish you can paint the pond with sealer, woodstain or paint to make it completely safe.

The Treated Pine Ponds do not have solid base as they are made from PVC Liner, so they need to sit on a firm surface.
