Sedum rupestre is a low-growing, mat forming, low maintenance succulent that has sprawling stems with soft blue-grey pointed, cylindrical foliage. Depending on the environment the foliage can range between light green to yellow. Yellow star-shaped flowers bloom in Summer. Sedum rupestre is a fantastic for ground cover or rockeries and looks great in hanging baskets as it cascades down. Over watering can lead to root rot.
