Graptopetalum paraguayense is a very popular, low maintenance succulent featuring rosettes of thick, fleshy leaves that are pointed at the tip. Colours can change in response to environmental stress. The clumping rosettes have whitish-green leaves that can have a pink tinge in full sun or a bluish tinge in part shade. Rosettes grow to about 10-15cm in width. The stems of this plant can continue growing, trailing up to 90cm in length. The stems can become pendulous making them a great plant for hanging baskets or hanging over pots and rocks. Pruning back can give the plant a bushier look. White star-shaped flowers cluster in Spring. Over watering can lead to root rot.
