Peat Moss 5L

Debco Peat Moss is organic, lightweight and improves water holding and air circulation for better root development. Peat is an ideal substrate for growing plants as it is free of plant diseases and growth inhibiting substances. It contains humic acids to promote root growth and does not fix nitrogen. Peat Moss is carefully extracted from designated areas according to strict ecological cultivation standards. Ideal for:

• Seed raising mix
• Propagation or cutting mix
• Potting mix

Creates 10 Litres of Mix

Propagation - Cutting and Striking Mix:

• 5L Peat Moss (50%)
• 5L Perlite (50%)
• 250ml Vermiculite.
• Blend Peat Moss and Perlite to create a propagation mix. Sprinkle Vermiculite as a fine layer on top of the mix

Seed Raising Mix: 

• 8.5L Peat Moss (85%)
• 1.5L Horticultural Sand (15%)
• 250ml Vermiculite
• Blend Peat Moss and Horticultural Sand to create a seed raising mix. Sprinkle Vermiculite as a fine layer on top of the mix
