Crystal Lagoon quickly clears green water and suspended particles from fresh water ponds. Crystal Lagoon binds suspended particles together to produce a precipitate. The resulting precipitate settles to the bottom of the pond where it can be removed by syphoning with a hose. Crystal Lagoon also adheres to filter media making it more effective in trapping suspended solids and aiding biological filtration. Crystal Lagoon is harmless to fish and plants when used as directed.

When using to treat green water caused by a bloom of unicellular algae, or when ponds are heavily infested with algae, oxygen depletion in pond water may occur if precipitated algae is left in the pond to decay. To prevent oxygen depletion and subsequent fish mortality in ponds heavily infested with algae, we recommend removing precipitate by treating with Pond-N-Zyme. Pond-N-Zyme contains highly concentrated, selected natural bacteria which use organic waste as food. This helps to reduce the build-up of sludge and nutrients that algae uses to grow. 

Dosage: 10ml per 200L of pond water. Additional dosage may be repeated after 48 hours if necessary.
